职位描述:

1. 负责校园招聘项目的执行与协调：包括项目的准备，与第三方公司的协调及监督，校园宣讲及面试所有环节的安排。

2. 负责培训生项目的跟进，包括薪资回顾，入职，集体培训，轮岗等所有安排。

3. 协助安排所有的校园活动以及关系的维护，每年在目标院校组织各种宣传活动。

4. 协助MBA招聘及入职，以及MBA培训生项目的跟进。

5. 管理校园招聘渠道以及预算的分析，数据管理。

6 负责所有相关招聘的供应商招标沟通的准备以及招聘供应商的效能管理。

7. 协助招聘渠道的开拓及跟进。

8. 负责日常有关招聘的报表汇总及分析。

岗位要求:

1. 两年以上相关招聘工作经验,有大型校园招聘经验优先。

2. 良好的英文能力。

3. 良好的沟通协调能力以及在压力下工作的能力。
