职位描述
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop touch points strategies and plans by discussing with brand team and media agencies
2. Optimize media investment by evaluating options balancing various KPI's
3. Supervise agency to implement touch point plan with excellence with clear brief measured by post buy analyses
4. Provide precise competitive analysis and spending projection
5. Provide inputs / learning from relevant reports and derive future strategic or executional implications
6. Master media plan budget control, process payment according to agreed timeline/contract terms and delivery performance, and make sure number consistency across relevant parties
7. Relevant digital projects involvements assigned
8. Work closely with different groups (peers, brand team, finance, agency etc) for effective implementation of timetables.
9. Provide the basic media training for new members
SKILL NEEDED:
1. High proficiency in media planning & buying knowledge preferably gained from 4A media agencies
2. Good understanding of digital media scene and interest in developing capability in this area
3. Analytical as well as attending-to-detail executions
4. Strategy thinking sense
5. Tactical planning skills & understanding
6. Positive can-do attitude & potential for growth. Proactive, passionate & mindsets to challenge oneself to make a difference
7. Can work independently and under pressure while ensuring accuracy
8. Team worker and collaborative
9. Consumer insight and/or marketing/sales experience would be an added advantage
EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE:
Education: Tertiary education or above
Experience: 4+ years media/digital experience ( in planning & buying ) in 4A international Agency or other FMCG international company ( If from media agency, must have multinational client serving experience) . Digital agency experience will be a strong plus
Special Knowledge: Good computer skills for data accessing, analysis and interpretation.
Fluent English & Chinese
