Job Duty &
Responsibility:

1)
QCS/WIS
System Configuration & Functional Testing, and more the Quality Check ,
Trouble shooting before delivery to make high quality of products to Customer. Identify
problems and Corrective Action Plan follow-up.

2)
Support
to optimize the procedures of system configuration and functional testing;

3)
Take
responsibility for system testing report and document to be prepared and collected
well which complying w/ ISO and QCS/WIS products standard internal of ABB;

4)
Support
to system building per the testing to conduct best system building and
assembling operation improvement;

5)
Involve
and work w/ production team to overview, measuring, review the manufacturing
process to make the products within spec and fulfill the request by customers.
It is definitely to organize products assessment, deliver performance and
reliability awareness;

6)
Help
and work with Production Manager to go through competence improvement for
manufacturing operation going on sustainable development. Provide technical
guidance, direction and training;

7)
Assist
Production Team to take care of ECO release;

8)
Strong
communication/cooperation to others department/teams;

9)
Work
together w/ entire business chain for schedule to secure OTD;

10)
Always
focus on Safety and 5S which as a baseline in ABB to high quality products.
Ensure the safety and
compliancy with all applicable standards and regulations of the range of
products who is in charge of.

Qualification
of the job:

1.
Bachelor
degree or above, major in Electrical(Automation) or Instrumentation(Process
Automation) or other related subject;

2.
Minimum
5 years’ experience of electrical operation such as system commission,
configuration, testing …etc which practice of engineering. Debug and failure
analysis for test system ,setup on-site is preferred;

3.
Quick
learning and hardworking, ability of hands-on;

4.
Good
written and spoken in English;

5.
Be
familiar with ISO to conduct a general quality process control;

6.
Diligence,
self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit, be able to work
under pressure;

7.
Well
known Industrial Engineering will be preferred.
