岗位职责:

? Drive at regional level on enhancing the quality of human capital from management to frontline employees across overseas countries through the bringing in market best practices
? Enhance the effectiveness and values of training function within a changing business context
? Propose and design leadership and management development program, learning solutions, and training projects according to business needs
? Build a knowledge-based learning environment
? Manage the development of talents/trainees and build the succession plan
? Build quality training teams within departments and across countries via train-the trainer
? Formulate training materials and deliver leadership and competency-based trainings

任职资格:

? Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
? Minimum 7 years’ solid experience in people and talent development, gained in multinational companies or consulting companies a must and regional exposure a plus
? Proven success performance in the enhancement of human capital
? Experienced in developing training materials and delivering trainings essential
? Good charisma in people relationship, whilst equally strong in group presentation and project coordination
? Highly responsiveness and adaptability with capability to work in diversity and under stress
? Good command of Chinese; native in Putonghua; and fluent in Cantonese an advantage
? Good command of English: minimum CET 6 (CET 8 or IELTS 7 preferred)
? High proficiency in MS office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint including Chinese word processing
? Work location in Shenzhen
? Occasionally travel to overseas countries required
