Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )
– Salse effectiveness
o Responsible for preparation and accuracy of Performance monitoring (e.g. FF performance report, in-market sales report, QTQ reports, ad hoc reports, etc.) and interprets sales force efficiency & effectiveness data and make recommendations for resource optimization and redirection of FF in relation to Sales Operations Plan
o Oversee field force deployment and activity progress
o Support Franchise tactical plan, resource allocation and field force deployment
o Oversees all others sales analysis activities (org charts, templates, etc.)
o Drive other sales functional excellence initiatives
– Sales Admin
o Verify and analyze sales data and incentive calculation result
o Lead logistics support for Specialty sales events/activities



Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)

Education: University degree in Pharmacy or Medicine, MBA

Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Experience: 3-6 years experience in Sales for Pharma MNC China with proven track record in SFE
