Job Description: We are seeking for enthusiastic candidate to join our hybridoma team. The candidate will be responsible for discovering therapeutic antibodies using immunized approaches and carry out high throughput screening and characterization of antibody hits. The candidate will work with project teams to deliver within defined timelines.
The position requires in-depth experience implementing antibody generation strategies using state-of-the-art hybridoma screening techniques. This includes design of immunization campaigns in wild-type and transgenic rodents, execution of animal immunization, hybridoma fusion and culture. Experience in high throughput antibody screening using ELISA, FACS assays is also required. Knowledge in molecular biology, biochemistry and antibody engineering is preferred.
Minimum requirements: M.S. degree in biology, immunology, bio-engineering or other related major with 2+ years hybridoma working experience
Experience in antibody generation methods from immunized sources, including hybridoma generation or B-cell cloning.
Experience in designing immunization strategies including immunogen design and selection.
Experience in animal study including antigen administration via different routes, bleeding and tissue harvesting. 自动化仪器操作.
Experience in screening methods including ELISA, FACS, and Biacore experience.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience in automation platforms is a plus.
