Assistant Accountant (6 months temp)

助理会计（六个月短期工）

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:

1.Trade payment management , including settlement, Invoice tracking and filing and solving TP issue if any

促销费用及其相关工作的管理，包括：促销费用订单的支付，促销费用发票的审核及相关文件存档，协助解决促销费用审核过程中出现的问题等

2.Trade deal maintenance in SAP

在SAP系统里维护促销费用订单

3.Prepare trade payment reports

提供促销费用相关报告

4.Ex-factory price maintenance

出厂价格查询

5.Trade payment voucher filing

促销费用凭证归档

6.Month end closing

月末关账

EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE:

Education: University degree in finance/accounting

本科以上学历，会计或财务相关专业

Experience: 1+ year experience in Finance function

1年以上财务相关工作经验

Detail oriented and patient, Self-motivated.

细心，有耐心，自我激励

Competency in EXCEL.

精通Excel软件的运用

Good command of English in written & reading

具备良好的英文阅读、书写能力
