Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )
1. Design and execute HEOR/real-world-evidence researches for Novartis near launch products and key in-market products. Develop study proto-col, manage HEOR studies and facilitate publication
2. Contribute to pricing and access strategy of new products, pipeline pro-ject and key in-market products
3. Compile product value dossiers and value messages and actively com-municate/train relevant functions on product HE evidences and key value messages
4. Provide inputs to global HEOR plan, HEOR model & real world evidence generation plan from China perspective. Support global to execute global relevant studies in China
5. Maintain relationship with key Chinese HE&OR experts to establish HEOR platform to engage key stakeholders to support product access
6. Be the expert of industry’s best practice in HEOR practices and product access strategy innovation

Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)

Education: Master degree or above in Health Economics
(clinical/medical background is preferred)
Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese Mandarin
Good in both written and spoken English
Experience: 3+ years’ experience in HEOR or Market Access within pharmaceutical industry
Strong project management skillsets
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
