Key responsibilities 重要职责
• Job management - Independently and objectively manages the risks, monitor and supervise our risk strategy to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the internal control over financial reporting, and proactively manage risks to ensure continued growth of our business and to protect our people, assets and reputation.The key jobs include NNCP Sarbox compliance project management, Finance SOP and procedures review, new application system consultant, and other internal control related projects.
• Continuously improvement of the work procedures - ensure the optimal finance activities performance being delivered in the most efficient and effective manners.

Geographic responsibility 职责的地域范围
• Region China, including HK office and Taiwan Office, PS and R&D
• The position holder has significant influence on Region China Sarbox compliance result
• The position holder has direct influence on NNCP internal control result.

Education 教育背景
 Relevant graduate level degree, e.g. Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting from top Universities.

Experience 经验
 Minimum 3 years of post-graduation working experience
 At least 2 years working in a Big-4 CPA firm, and remaining with MNC companies.
 (+ project team leader experience)

• Fluency in both written & spoken English.
• Good communication, especially presentation skills
• A effective project leader
• Demonstration of confidence and leadership characters
• Independent and Objective
• Strong Professional background
• Pleasant personality, and ability to work with personnel of different levels
• Good persuasion and communication skills, and be firm in professional standing
• Track records of meeting deadlines, and working under pressure
