工作职责：
1. 负责公司内部业务门户的设计与研发, 定义门户与公司内部各应用的接口
2. 负责与其他项目组的协调配合
3. 承担基础通用组件的设计及测试
4. 调研现用应用,分析及提交解决方案,协助其他开发团队精炼用户粗略的需求为实际需求, 并转化为技术上的设计及实现


工作要求：
1. 3年以上开发经验, 2年以上Portal项目实施经验
2. 熟悉B/S结构的应用开发, 熟悉流行的技术框架及工具
3. 具备良好的识别和设计通用框架及模块的能力
4. 精通一种编程语言, Java, .Net等, 熟练运用开源软件包
5. 熟练掌握数据库设计及开发
6. 能有效的全局的解决在开发或日常运维时碰到的各种问题
7. 有制造业工作流, SOA/ESB, 企业应用软件开发等经验优先
8. 简单英文读写

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design and development of the company portal, Define the interface between the portal and company's applications
2. Responsible for the co-operation with other departments
3. Responsible for the design and test of the basic common components
4. Responsible for the analysis, design, development and maintenance of several software components related to the enterprise applications. The Developer will perform discovery, analysis and provide design solution to all application. The Developer augments a dynamic development team working in an agile environment to help refine requirements, and translates those requirements into software designs and solutions.
5. Contribute in projects to produce scalable, flexible, robust and efficient solutions with portal and related technologies

Experience Requirements:
1. 3+years develop experience, 2+ years Portal implementation experience.
2. Familiar with B/S structure development, technical framework and related tools
3. Good ability of recognise and design the common frame and modules
4. Good at coding, such as Java, .Net etc.
5. Familiar with the database design and development
6. Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through on details while driving innovation as well as issue resolution.
7. Experience in manufacturing workflow, SOA/ESB will be a great advantage
8. Can read and write English
