岗位职责
1、直接向生产总监汇报工作，负责整个集团质量管理体系的建立、维护和改进；
Report to Production Director, in charge of establishing, maintaining and improving the whole quality management system of the Group.
2、带领团队对产品开发、生产制程、售后服务等流程中产生的质量问题进行全面分析、检讨、改善；
Leading team to fully analyse, review and solving quality issues happened in product development, manufacturing and after sale services, etc.
3、根据公司战略规划，主导制定整个集团的质量目标和方针；
According to company strategy, dominantly making quality targets and policy of the Group.
4、负责组织质量管理制度的拟定、修改、检查、监督、控制；
Responsible for organising people to draw up, modify, check, monitor and control quality management regulations.
5、负责对检验标准的制定、修改、定期评审，并检查标准的执行状况、有效性；
Responsible for formulating, modifying and regularly reviewing inspection standards, and checking implementation and effectiveness of the inspection standards.
6、参与、策划各种质量管理活动，如参与对外协合作方的审核、认证工作和内部人员的质量培训等；
Joining in and plan out quality management activities, such as joining in supplier inspection and attestation, and quality training of internal staff, etc.
7、对下属进行挑选、分工、绩效辅导和培训；
Proceeding choice, work divide, performance guidance and training of the subordinate.

任职资格
1、质量工程、质量检验、质量管理、测控技术与仪器专业本科及以上学历；
Bachelor degree or above, major in quality engineering, quality inspection, quality management and measurement technology and equipment.
2、35--50岁，精力充沛；
35-50 years old, energetic.
3、8年以上机械企业质量工作经验，5年以上质量管理经验，有同行业质量管理经验者优先；
Minimum 8 years quality working experience in mechanical enterprises, over 5 years quality management experience, having quality management experience in gear units preferred.
4、熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系,了解ISO9001质量体系在企业的运作方法；
Being familiar with ISO9001 quality management system, knowing how the ISO9001 quality system works in enterprises.
5、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有较强的分析解决问题能力；
Be earnest and accountable for work, precise and delicate, having abilities to analyse and solve issues.
6、有对管理人员的分工、绩效管理、激励及专业辅导的能力；
Having abilities to proceed choice, work divide, performance guidance and training of the subordinate.
7、工作计划性与时间观念强，有良好的服务意识和沟通能力；
Having strong sense of work plan and time, good service awareness and communicating skill.
8、能适应工厂的工作特点，有较强的协调能力；
Be able to work in plants, having good coordination skills.
