Responsibilities:
a. Manage projects from beginning to end, from planning to execution, from kickoff to closure;
b. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
c. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents;
d. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
e. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis;
f. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders;
g. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools;
h. Track project milestones and deliverables;
i. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans;
j. Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elementsk;
K. Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

Qualifications:
a. Bachelor’s Degree and above in computer science related majors
b. 4+ years of work experience in business application project management
c. Prefer certified PMP
d. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
e. Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
f. Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
g. Experience in CRM project or partner connectivity project is a plus
