Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for maintaining promoters database in a timely and accuracy manner; Responsible for personal file of all project associates;
2.Responsible to coordinate with outsourced HR company for monthly payroll check to ensure the accurate payment, covering data interface, data collection for leavers, social insurance data verification, commission calculation and total payroll check;
3.Responsible for the centralized management of social insurance, maintain effective communication with outsource agency, ensure the practice is in line with the governmental regulation;
4.Co-work with the agency for the recruiting activities for project;
5.Take the responsibilities of the management and improvement for some HR procedures, e.g. new associates hiring process, orientation training, probation management and departure interview.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor and above education background
2.3 years + related working experience in FMCG
3.Strong communication skills & interpersonal skills, can handle complications
4.Able to work under pressure and good time management skills
