1.Responsible for month end closing of operating expenses.
2.Variance analysis on Actual vs. Budget vs. pre-closing Forecast, identify the gap and suggest corrective action plan.
3.Review operating cost entries to ensure expenses are properly recorded and accrued.
4.Prepare weekly rolling forecast reporting package.
5.Assist finance manager to prepare annual budget reporting package.
6. Participate cross function projects, work with other function department to drive cost reduction and process improvement.
7.Support internal and external audit.



Requirements:
? Bachelors in accounting or finance
? At least 3 years accounting experience
? Ability to manage tight deadlines and manage a diverse range of assigned work.
? Strong analytical skills
? Ability to work positively with others as a team to reach a common goal
? Knowledge of computerized accounting system and desktop software such as Excel and Words.
Communication skills both in English and Mandarin.
