Job Purpose
工作目的

Ensure all plant equipments always in its assigned area and good condition, to effect that it can meet all requirements of plant operation.
确保工厂设备始终处于良好的性能状态，满足生产工作的需要.
Provide proper solution on equipment continuous improvement modification.
提供设备持续改进的合适解决方案.
Independently plan, execute and direct cross-functional engineering projects (or a number of small projects with complex features). Devise new approaches to problems encountered through adaptations and modifications of standard engineering principles.
独立计划,执行和指导交叉职能的工程项目(或一些复杂的小项目). 对遇到的问题根据工程的基本原理找出新办法和适当改良.

Accountabilities
主要职责
1)The Equipment Engineer reports the operation status of and maintenance activities concerning equipment system and mechanical equipment to engineering manager.
设备工程师向工程经理报告设备系统的运行状况和维护工作。
2)Responsible for adopting/planning/executing maintenance and repairing of mechanical parts of equipments, training on the related associates.
负责设备机械部分的维修保养内容的编写/计划/执行,培训相关同事。
3)Support EN team to plan, schedule and lead cross-functional teams in moderate to complete engineering assignments.
协助计划,设计和领导交叉职能的团队去完成工程部的任务。
4)Ensure all quality standards of cGMP and Corporate are followed in the product development system.
保证产品发展的系统按当前GMP及集团质量标准执行。
5)Document development work including writing protocols for manufacturing or scientific test results.
文件建设工作包括编写制造验证草案或科学性的测试结果。
6)Manage the cost of product development and project budget.
控制产品发展成本及项目预算。
7)New equipment searching and make sure accord with URS requirements.
新设备选型并确保符合用户需求。
8)Continous improvement on current equipmnts performance to meet production need.
设备性能持续改善以满足生产的需要。
9)Be accountable for SOP, GMP, QM ,CHSE compliance and China laws and regulation.
必须有责任地符合SOP, GMP, 质量手册,集团安全健康环境和中国法律法规的要求。

Key Performance Indicators / Measures of success

1)The Equipment engineer reports the operation status of and maintenance activities concerning equipment to engineering manager.
设备工程师向工程经理报告设备的运行状况和维护工作。
2)Be responsible for the mechanical maintenance of all equipments in the factory. Ensure all production equipments are always in good condition to meet production requirement.
负责全厂设备机械维修保养工作；确保所有生产设备始终处于良好工作状态，满足生产工作的需要；
3)Responsible for planning of equipment maintenance and repairing, and carry out maintenance according to the plan.
制定维修计划，并根据该计划进行维修工作；
4)Responsible for the sparepart management to have good support for maintenance;
负责设备备件管理，有效支持维修工作；
5)Good Project Management skill, insure the project execution in schedule / Quality / Cost,
良好的项目管理能力，确保项目按时、按质顺利执行并有效控制成本；
6)Prepare the production equipment related SOP and working records.
负责制定设备的操作规程和工作记录；
7)Documentation preparation and execution for Equipment validation regarding to GMP and HSE required, the document will include the protocol for FAT/IQ/OQ/PV,SOP/PID drawing etc,
按照GMP及HSE要求编写设备测试、验证(IQ/OQ/PV)相关草案及完善PID图纸等相关文件并确保验证工作的有效落实；
8)Be accountable for SOP, GMP, QM ,CHSE compliance and China laws and regulation.
遵守并确保符合SOP, GMP, 质量手册,集团安全健康环境和中国法律法规的要求.

Background
背景

Education:
The equipment engineer must obtain education level of college, specialized in mechanical manufacture, Mechatronics or relevant.
机械制造、机电一体化或相关专业大专以上学历
Experience:
Be familiar with the pharmaceutical equipments, have good experience in mechanical maintenance and strong capability in troubleshooting of equipment. Good understanding the pharmaceutical packing equipment will be preferred.
熟悉制药设备，具有较好的设备机械维修经验，较强的设备故障解决能力。熟悉制药包装设备优先。
At least 5 years working experience in related maintenance management role. Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
3年以上生产设备维修及管理工作经验，具有制药企业工作经验优先。
Computer : Familiar with CAD,MS office etc
电脑技能：熟悉CAD，MS等办公软件
Languages: Proper skill of English, read and written in English is required.
语言能力:良好的英语, 能用英语进行读写。
