To ensure GSKT operations comply at all times with National, Local and GSK regulations and standards to all aspects relating to Environmental, Health, Safety and security.

Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:

1. Ensures GSKT operations has a comprehensive E.H&S system that complies with all National, Local and GSKT regulations/standards;

2. Implements, monitors and maintains a detailed E.H&S data base to ensure compliance to the above is recorded and stored;

3. Understands and be familiar with at all times all relevant rules, regulations and standards applicable to the position both internally and externally;

4. Implementation of periodic E.H&S audits as directed and in accordance to GSKT standards, records and reports all deficiencies and ensures all corrective actions are recorded and completed as per agreed timelines/scope;

5. Facilitates periodic E.H&S meetings, records and reports all details of the meetings together with ensuring all actions are completed as per agreed timelines/scope;

6. Implements, monitors and maintains a comprehensive training program to ensure all staff are fully educated and trained in all safety aspects of their duties. Ensures all said training/education is dully recorded and acknowledged by the recipient;

7. Assesses all safety and personal protection equipment to ensure suitability of purpose and compliance to standards;

8. Conducts periodic Hygiene and Environmental testing to ensure compliance to agreed standards;

9. Co-ordinates immediately all accident and incident investigations and provides a detailed report to the Site Director on all infringements or incidents without delay;

10. Develops the company security procedures, and supervises company wok of security.

11. Coordinate the establishment, implementation and maintenance of ISO14001 EMS.

12. Coordinate the establishment, implementation and maintenance of Safety Standardization.

l Make urgent progress in raising EHS compliance levels, as measured by Global EHS Standards, internal audits, and CEHS audits

l Ensure the Team Resilience initiative is fully used to obtain best possible results.

l Compile and report statistics on the established metrics related to EHS issues.

l Complete EHS risk assessments to drive changes in SOP’s, process design, equipment investment, and other business decisions that can have an impact on EHS matters.

l Drive completion of actions to improve rankings such as for Highly Protected Risk, Human Risk Factors, and other assessment programs related to EHS

l Ensure the continuous effectiveness of EHS and Security programs and resources by periodic tests and verification of the adequacy of resources.

Specialised Knowledge 专业知识:

· Bachelor degree of Science or Engineering; Environmental Protection and Occupational Health & Safety related major is preferred.

· At least 5 years minimum experience working in the same capacity within a comparable JV

· ISO and OHSAS management experience

· Detailed knowledge of all national and local E.H&S legislations, standards, and procedures. Familiarization with multi-national standards

· Strong self-learning
