职位描述
1. Set up and update Sales Power Company Code of Business Principle Manual
2. Communicate and ensure proper understanding of CoBP throughout the Sales Power company
3. Set up appropriate policies to discipline employee behaviors that comply with CoBP and relevant government law and regulation
4. Set up and maintain process to report compliance status and CoBP issue if any.
5. Conduct regular and random check within the company for CoBP compliance.
6. Provide regular update on CoBP compliance status to CEO, Sales Power management team and Unilever CoBP team.
7. Investigate ad-hoc CoBP violation case and analyze route cause, provide suggestion on corrective actions to CEO and CoBP committee. Communicate violation case and CoBP committee aligned actions to Unilever CoBP team.
8. Review and provide input from CoBP perspective to all company processes and policies to ensure CoBP and government law and regulation compliance.
9. Understand company business and organization strategies and practices, as well as other department strategy and plan, provide input to support company’s long term healthy growth.
Qualifications: A university graduate.
1. Experience: 4-5 years in compliance function in a MNC.
2. Language proficiency: Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
3. PC skills: MS office applications and Chinese window.
4. Knowledge: Well understand government law and regulation for a company operation, understand finance internal control principles.
5. Skills/Ability: Effective communication and analytical skills. Attention to details and strong problem solving ability. Good interpersonal, presentation skills. Ability to create an open and honest teamwork environment. Possession of leadership attributes of strategic thinking, and the ability to influence others and manage conflict.
6. Personality/Behavior: Committed, high standard of integrity and tactful in handling people issues. Be able to work under pressure and frequent travel.
