Logistics Officer(Customer Service)
Job Responsibilities:
To be familiar with our procedure and policy as well as Tmall ,Alibaba, SAP, BOL and relevant database.
Working relationship –including customers, colleagues , suppliers and superior
Order follow up –to ensure the order is being reviewed from time to time. Task should be submitted before deadlines
Sense of responsibility, including during backup work
Problem & recommendation feedback - to enhance efficiency, once you have any problem or recommendation, share with your leader.
Teamwork & collaboration
Any task which related business and assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
Strong responsibility and proactively
Minimum 2years customer service /order fulfillment experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office application software and ERP order processing system
Fluent in written and oral English
Excellent communication skill
Able to work independently, to deal with new or complex situation with limited supervision
