职位：机电控制研究员
职位概要描述:
- 执行工业研究项目
- 负责机器人产品和机器人系统等机电应用相关技术的研究
主要职责：
- 独立为全球自动化实验室执行研发工作，支持机器人事业部及其他离散自动化事业部
- 积累并开发机器人实时运动控制及相关应用等技术
- 评估并开发机器人运动控制及相关应用的工具和方法
- 设计并搭建实验平台，完成诸如数据采集与分析等实际工作
- 技术调研与预研
- 撰写英文技术报告、科技论文
- 支持其他开发项目和ABB业务部门的项目
- 项目管理
职位要求：
- 控制/电气工程硕士/博士毕业
- 精通离散自动化领域机电系统的专业知识
- 熟悉自动化元件，例如驱动器，PLC和工业机器人
- 善于分析，思维活跃，具有面向市场，客户的思维
- 乐于接受新技术，新问题的挑战，自主学习能力突出，善于接受新事物
- 优秀的书面及口头英语.
- 良好的沟通和表达能力 积队的合作及知识共享

Position: Mechatronics Control R&D Engineer
Role Description – Summary
- Execute industrial research projects
- Responsible for technologies for mechatronic applications in the field of robotics products and robotics systems
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Independently perform R&D work for the global research lab to support robotics BU as well as other discrete automation BUs
- Gain and develop know-how about robotics real time motion control, and related application
- Apply and develop tools & approaches for robot motion control and related application
- Design and setup of lab test beds for experimental practical work including data acquisition and processing
- Technology Surveys and Pre-studies
- Write technical reports and articles/papers in English
- Support other development projects and ABB business support projects
- Project management
Requirements:
- MSc. or PhD in MEC control and electrical engineering
- Solid background in mechatronic systems for discrete automation
- Knowledge on automation components like drives, PLCs and robots
- Analytical, open minded for new solutions, creative and business oriented thinking
- Likes difficult tasks and challenges for solving technical problems; self motivated to learn and to investigate into new things
- Very Good command of written & spoken English.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Team player with high level of initiative for global cooperation and knowledge-sharing
