Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )

Assist centrally planned activities in the regional roll-out
Coordinate with sales, medical marketing and other regional functions to monitor and analyze market trends within the region; active participation in brand planning / market insights process from central marketing;
Manage regional key opinion leaders;
Brand Training of sales representatives.
Review sales force driven activities against to ACC guidelines
Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant:

Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)

Education: Scientific or business background
Languages: Basic skills English
Experience: 1.5-2 years sales experience;

Specific Professional Competencies: Indicate any other soft/technical/professional knowledge and skills requirements

Very good team player;
Strong communication skills;
Detailed brand knowledge.
Good sense of Global / Chinese guideline execution
