Main Accountabilities:
• Define and implement the Wind Strategy in China integrating the Wind ISI global strategy, the BU’s strategies and the specific requirements and circumstances of the local market. Define and achieve demand side budget for wind.
• Lead the local Wind team with representatives of JV’s and sales
• Actively develop relations with end users and turbine OEM’s. Together with local units, look for possible partnership opportunities. Work with trade associations, design houses, consultants and other stakeholders to support the penetration of ABB products and solutions
• Support local units to achieve their targets. Local units are responsible of sales activities however where and when appropriate, take active personal role in sales (example: when cross BU packages and solutions are requested)
• Together with local units and corporate research, look for new business opportunities related to wind connection and integration to the grid.
• Develop wind service business together with local business units and country service organization..
• Be proactive in alliance and potential acquisitions
• Make sure proper market intelligence is collected and shared among the team (monitor market, report quarterly ABB performance, relations with key stakeholders, analyze market trends and new needs)
• Lead Marcom activities. Work together with country corporate communication, BU Marcom teams and global Wind Marcom team.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
• Deep understanding of wind market or Good understanding of technology and of network in ABB
• Good communication skills and team work spirit
• Leadership to make things happening
