The Team leader reports to the Process Leader

Mission

Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Leads the Sub Process team members
? Leads team members' key performance areas by setting and monitoring performance standards
? Takes action to correct performance deviations

Monitors operational Key Performance Indicators
? Measure performance
? Monitors the performance
? Warns the process leader on any performance deviation

SPOC of AP
? Directs customers, stakeholders and suppliers to self help documentation and tools
or
? Answers directly queries from customers ,stakeholders and suppliers.
or
? Escalates unsolved issues to relevant expert (Subject Matter Expert , Process leader ,SSC Manager…) and follows-up issues .

? Logs issues received and reports/provides SSC Management with updates as basis for development




Candidate Requirements
Educational Requirements
Accounting major with Bachelor degree
Experience
Accountant with managerial experience.
