*Key Job Accountabilities 主要职责:
-Help set up processing and packaging projects in line with Group policies
-Head working groups and implement action plans in line with policies, including SMED, production maintenance, Kanban, safety, quality, etc…
-Implement performance improvement tools like SMED, OPTIMA, OPTCIP, etc., in UP
-Follow up production efficiency and work out improvement action plans to improve production efficiency
-Monitor investment projects, participate in technical decisions and choice of tools as well as subcontractor bidding based on technical requirements
-Coordinate installation of new tools and ensure commissioning meeting relevant standards of quality, safety and output
-Assess the effectiveness of projects by defining and monitoring key indicators
-Manage subcontractors
-Stand in for technical supervisors, short-term planners, processing managers and UP managers when necessary

*Preferred Candidate Profile 对候选者要求:
-Bachelor degree in industrial engineering
-2-3 years work experience with project management, including budgeting, planning, risk management, execution, etc.,
-Knowledge of TPM implementing and with lean performance
-Basic understanding of chemical processes, mechanical and electrical systems
-Knowledge of construction techniques and practices
-Good English level both in written and oral
-Leadership skills
-Good team player as well as good command in communication
