Responsibilites:
1.Perform site testing & commissioning of LV products.
2.Perform field service activities including trouble shooting, maintenance, Bonus Service & etc.
3.Provide technical support for customers, sales team and SP.
4.Provide trainings for customer at site and at ABB facilities
5.Perform site works according to ABB’s technical, health & safety standards
6.Accept & process service request in service platform in time and with high quality.
7.Follow the requirement for work quality for data filling, goods return and other daily work.
8.Feedback the quality related issues to Vendors in time.
Requirements:
1.Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Technical service engineer ,
2.College degree or above, major in Electrical Machines, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
3.Good at English listening, speaking, reading & writing
4.Excellent teamwork skills, Strong personality and communicator
5.Proven ability to influence customers & cross-functional teams without formal authority
6.Willingness to travel
