Summary of the job

To define channel strategy, deploy channel program, develop new channels for ECO&BLD business growth

Location: Shanghai 或 Beijing

Responsibility:

1. Channel strategy(Priority 1: System integrators ,Priority 2: distributors)

2. Deploy channel program: energy-expert, eco-expert, BMS SI program, lighting control SI, etc

3. Work closely with offer marketing, sales team to understand the business needs, and develop the business through channels

4. Work with competence center to improve the competence of channels.

5. Work with LoB, to understand the global strategy and directions on channels, and coordinate the support/resources from global

6. Creation of Marcom events and dedicated conferences for channels

7. Manage the qualification and certification of Sis under global guidance

8. Track and report monthly the business growth through channels

9. KPIs: sales growth though the channel, number of SI enrolled in program, SI satisfaction, other stakeholders satisfaction, etc

Line manager: Eco &Bld Division Strategy&BD Director

Job Qualification:

Requirement – Must to have:

Commercial experience on solutions/integration business, especially on energy management and/or ELV

Technical background on energy management and/or ELV

Experience on system integrator/distributor channel development

Strong leadership and strategic thinking ability

Strong communication skill (cross BUs and sales teams , local and global)

Good team work spirit, strong self-initiative;

Good analytical, presentation, and project management skills;

Fluency in both spoken and written English.

Education:

1. Master of engineering or MBA (Bachelor could be acceptable if candidate has strong experience)

Requirement – Nice to have:

1. Working experience in a system integrators

2. Knowledge of SE offers and SE China Org
