Main Responsiblity
-The main Missions of the TSM Quality, Process and Customer Satisfaction Leader are:
-As TSM Quality Leader World Wide:
Monitor and Report Quality and Performance indicators of TSM deliverables Worldwide (CODA data, Presto, Rondo,...)
Lead the Quality Alert Process for TSM
Lead Continuous Improvement actions within the Department
Ensure ISO 900x compliance of our Quality Management System.
-As TSM Process Leader Asia
Audit and deploy the processes and rules in TSM Asia Teams
Coordinate with worldwide team to update processes and rules
-As Customer Satisfaction Leader in Asia
-Manage the Super User Network in Asia Pacific Area to collect internal customer’s needs and promote TSM Asia work and added value.
-Manage Communication to our users. (Newsletter, News on the OCP Portal, events,…)
-Lead/coordinate Customer Satisfaction improvement Action plan.


Requirements:
-Educational Background: Bachelor Degree or above in Quality Engineering, Electronic Engineering.
-Min 3-5 years of working experience in R&D, ideally in Hardware design
-Min 3 years of related experience in Quality Management function, as Quality System Engineer, Quality Leader, Offer Quality Leader, Quality Manager
-Good knowledge of Process or Quality Management methodologies
-Proficient in written and spoken English
-Proven ability to work efficiently as part of a worldwide and international team
-Quality Certification (Green Belt or above)
-Excellent leadership and communication skill
-Familiar with product development process and Manufacturing
-International experience is preferred (study or work experience abroad)
-Self-starter
