Job Description：

1.Responsible for managing (sampling sending, good communication, report and review) external lab test for ingredients, base and finish products. Good communion with the 3th party lab, Global Analytical Innovation Center and other factory lab.

2.Ensure that test method transfer and validation with the 3th party lab can be completed according to the predefined timetable and requirement of procedure. Assist for test method selection.

3.Responsible for maintenance of laboratory supplies, standards and other resources that will allow the laboratory to function with reasonable expense without incurring delays in release of test results. Access GB system, PR in SAP.

4.Assist micro test method development and transfer.

5.Assist the environmental monitoring workshop sampling plan and review, the statistical analysis from environment database and environmental non-conformance, troubleshooting follow.

6.Responsible for HACCP team microbial analysis.

7.Lab Engagement management.

8.Perform any additional job-related functions as directed by supervisor.

Qualifications:

1. University degree or above in Chemistry, Food Science / Pharmacy or related discipline.

At least 1 years lab experience in food, chemical, pharmaceutical industries

2. Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English

3. Microbe test capability and analysis skill for environmental monitoring workshop.

4. Rich experience in test method development and proficiency analysis skill for testing.

5. Know well Food test method (GB, FCC, ASTM etc.).

6. Good interpersonal skills, planning and execution.
