Duties and Responsibilities:
To provide meaningful and valuable analysis and recommendation to SC RGM for decision making, to help business run more healthy and profitable:
？ Finance Analysis
With the cooperation of other departments, set up the basic frame of SC finance analysis system including Area Manager KPI score card report, Regional monthly business review. And prepare Monthly, Quarterly Financial and Operation Meeting presentation
？ IRR review
Track new store investment, analyze the profitability of investment project; Track other IRR analysis
？ Budget and Forecast
Prepare regional yearly P&L budget and quarterly forecast.
Key Measuring Parameters:
？ Legal and company policy compliance
？ Support business needs
？ Accuracy and timeliness of task output
？ Working with high carefulness
？ Customer service satisfaction
Qualifications:
？ Bachelor or above. Graduated in Accounting or Finance is Preferred
？ Strong analytical skill / PC skill, specially familiar in Advanced Excel skill, Macro skill
？ 3-8 years working experience in multi-national company finance or business analysis. Retail background is preferred.
？ Managing accounting knowledge is required, for example feasibility study, investment return analysis etc
