The incumbent will be responsible for:

--Managing the overall design functions of the assigned product line (Menswear&Ladieswear), includes conducting market trend research, developing collection architecture including theme, color, fabrication, finishing, styles, price point and also fashion graphic, etc.
--Developing & merchandising the collection based on a clear understanding of commercial market trends and sales history of different markets.

Requirements:

--Higher Diploma or above in Fashion Design or related disciplines;
--Over 12 years experience in designing and product development of comprehensive product range, preferably well-versed in knits and woven items;
--Experience in formal menswear&Ladieswear design, prefer gained from retailer;
--At least 5 years experience in leading a design team, exposure in fashion graphic and accessories design are essential;
--Understand market trends, lifestyles and customer needs for both HK and overseas markets;
--With strong passion on fashion, good fashion sense, color matching and fabric knowledge;
--Good communication and presentation skills;
--Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua;
--Sound PC knowledge and well-versed in Illustrator & Photoshop.
