一、岗位职责
1.向销售部长汇报工作（指定区域须向总经理汇报），完成销售/服务/市场开发任务，制订办事处/个人片区的工作计划；
2.办事处日常工作安排/协调/工作/决策建议，销售工程师的管理，销售工程师的PBC审核及考核；
3.及时响应客户需求，为客户提供优质的技术咨询/销售服务（售前/售中/售后），有效提升客户满意度；
4.与销售内勤及售后等部门紧密合作，保障相关工作进度；
5.追踪责任片区内的客户货款回收及客户诚信管理，完成销售及服务目标
6.调查/分析/研究客户/竞争对手/产品行业应用等，总结个人工作，归纳整理后向公司报告或提供给相关部门参考
7.对下属进行销售工作支持/业绩辅导/专业技能培养/指导帮带新销售工程师
8.上级或公司要求对其他任务

二、任职资格
1.大专以上学历，机械类相关专业优先，有较好的中文表达能力
2.六年以上机电类产品销售工作经验，一年以上同等岗位经验，有减速机销售经验优先
3.熟练office操作
4.有较强的进取意识和客户沟通能力，敢于接受挑战，能承受工作压力
5.有人员挑选、分工、绩效辅导、培训下属的经验
