Main Responsibilities:

1. Assist pilot plant supervisor to execute pilot plant trials. This includes ensure all equipments is ready and operational for trials and experiments, ensure all raw material related for trials is ready.
2. Pilot plant equipments daily maintenance and repair. Execute pilot plant equipments Plan Maintenance (PM) work. Execute safety devices inspection system as schedule to ensure all equipment safety devices can work properly to prevent damage to persons or property.
3. Be responsible for purchasing and preparing raw material related to pilot plant trials and experiments.
4. Preparing and following up all PR for equipments, raw material and pilot plant commodity etc. Taking over the fixed assets management.
5. Execute good manufacturing practices (GMP 's) for pilot plant and R&D Department.

Requirements:

? College degree or above in food science, nutrition, chemistry or related industry.
? Minimum of 3 years experience in food industry, preferably confectionery, consumer Product Company.
? The individual needs passion for New Product Development, Productivity, and new technology.
? Able to work independently, also contribute as a team player.
? Ability to focus on quickly and priorities and work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
? Good problem solving skills.
? Excellent computer skills, including the use of on-line database search and research capabilities.
