Job Responsibilties岗位职责：

Answer customers’ questions about technical and quality issues.履行答复客户对对技术、质量问题询问；

Provide to customers the product quality assurance certificates, user notes, etc.在组织内协调满足客户的特殊质量要求（如功能、结构、辅机具等）；

Coordinate within the organization to meet customers’ specific quality requirements, such as functional, structural, auxiliary equipment and so on.向客户提供产品质量证明、保证证明、使用说明等；

Handle the customer’s feedback and complaints, establish customers’ file.处理客户质量反馈和投诉，建立用户档案；

Handle the issues of products quality on-site, or provide necessary technical support to customers.现场处理产品质量事故或为客户质量问题提供支持与帮助；

Responsible for the quality information collection, collation, analysis and utilization, provide decision-making for the company’s improvement.做好质量信息收集、整理、分析与利用，为公司改进提供决策；

Maintenance and enhance company and product image in the course of services.在服务过程中维护、提升公司及产品形象；

Provide the necessary technical support to sales engineers and commercial officers.为销售工程师及商务专员提供必要的技术支持。

The rate and timeliness of handling with customers’ complaint and feedback.客户投诉与反馈处理率和及时性

Improve Customers’ satisfaction.提高客户满意度

Filling in the service report填写售后服务档案记录

Fulfilling business trip application and cost claim 完成出差申请和报销

Subjected to work arrangement by superior.服从领导的工作安排

Job Requirements岗位要求：

College degree or above, major in Electrical Machines, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.机械或电器电子专业专科及以上学历

At least 3 years experience of technology, process and quality in the related industry or at least 2 years experience of customer quality service. 3年以上中相关行业技术、工艺、质量等部门经验，或2年以上客户质量服务经验者.

Good at English listening, speaking, reading & writing 有良好的英语听说读写能力。

Good interpersonal and communication skills can be either a good team leader or a team member , Good problem analysis and solving skill, Strong ability to work independently良好的沟通技巧, 与同事及相关人员相处融洽；分析及解决问题能力强,独立完成工作能力强

Customer orientation, Result-oriented, overall perspective and proactive 客户导向，结果导向、全局意识以及有前瞻性

Optimistic, patient, persistent, self-motivated, flexible thinking, team spirit积极乐观，耐心，坚持，自我激励及团队精神

Good PC Skills in Microsoft such as Word, Excel and Power Point etc.熟悉电脑操作, 能良好使用相关办公软件

Adapt to travelling frequently能适应一定出差要求
