? Main Principal Tasks:
1. Guardian of best practice across the site for reliability related activities.
2. Propose continuous improvement projects.
3. Coordinate and facilitate reliability activities across PU’s.
4. Analyze and communicate cost and failure trends.
5. Technical support (e.g. condition monitoring).
6. Assure maintenance best practice sharing.
7. Harmonization between PU’s and Engineering.
8. Frontline support for craft/technician.
9. Overall workstream objectives (acceptance, timelines, deliverables and quali-ty) are achieved.
10. Ongoing relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers are estab-lished.
11. The current maintenance business processes are aligned with the TPM way of working. Required changes are proposed.
? Performance Criteria:
1. Customer satisfaction (Process Unit, Engineering Unit, Site Management, TPM Coordinator).
2. Added value through reduced costs, based on reduced maintenance opera-tions complexity and improved maintenance operations efficiency.
3. Avoidance of critical observations during internal/external inspections due to cGxP related maintenance processes.
