岗位职责
1、 总体负责境内外售后服务的日常管理工作；
2、 接客户投诉单或销售员的《抱怨单》后对售后服务的整个过程进行协调、处理、反馈；
3、 改善公司的售后服务策略，策划、实施阶段性售后服务活动，监督售后服务时间，提高客户满意度；
4、反馈及参与重大售后的处理及汇报工作；
5、领导团队成员按时保质达成既定工作目标，形成学习型团队，整体业务能力提升；
6、领导和激励下属员工，指导、提升售后服务工程师业务能力。

任职资格
1、 机械相关专业本科以上学历；
2、 可以阅读英文技术指导文件，口语交流良好，大学英语四级以上；
3、 熟练使用办公软件；
4、 5年以上机械行业客户关系、售后服务、技术支持等相关领域工作经验；
5、 熟悉机械行业市场状况、售后服务制度及业务流程、售后服务领域经营指标等；
6、 丰富的售后服务团队管理经验，良好的沟通与协调能力，强烈的服务意识和责任心。
