Main Accountabilities
1. Focus on local and overseas Wiring Accessories market
2. Understanding of major market drivers (deregulation, industries etc), define the product strategy and roadmap
3. Monitor market size, market shares by product, by ratings, by channel - history tracking, and market prices by product, by channel
4. Define and implement processes for monitoring and tracking, using marketing requirement management tools.
5. Identify opportunities by market segments, channel and product lines (white spot analysis)
6. To feedback market requirements to production units/R&D to ensure that they are being considered in product development.
7. Be an expert with respect to the competition
8. Analyses product portfolio profitability, both short and long term
9. Recommends portfolio modifications and market allocation changes
10. Monitors competitor portfolios, IP, quality, acceptance, technological moves
11. Monitors technological developments, standards
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Product Manager , demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
2. 3+ years of experience in a job in wiring accessories.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) , technical background, with Solid experience wiring accessories.
5. Excellent teamwork skills, Strong personality and communicator
6. Proven ability to influence customers & cross-functional teams without formal authority
7. Willingness to travel
