职位描述
I. Job Title: Section Manager - Sales
II. General Responsibilities:
Achieve maximum sales profitability and growth by effectively selling the ABB's electrification package ( Including the power distribution substation and process electrification ) to the existing and potential industry , major focus on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical customer .
III. Baseline & Principal Responsibilities :
1. Acquire new projects from the existing and new customers
2. Identifies and develops new accounts;
3. Knowledge of all business group systems, equipment and capabilities;
4. Keeps customers informed of new developments in which they have an interest;
5. Develops quotations in accordance with the division objectives and philosophies;
6. Commercial negotiation with the customer
7. Serves as interface between company and customer to insure customer needs are satisfied with resultant performance integrity and as a basis for future mutually satisfactory business dealings;
8. Establishes and maintains favorable work relationships with customers;
9. Monitors and reports competitive activity and provides sales and marketing feedback and direction to the business group;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering ;
2. Knowledge of electrical product, system and application : high / medium / Low switchboard & transformer , and motor / driver / converter concept
3. Above 10 years working experience, at least 5 years in Electrical Project Sales / Marketing of Oil & Gas , Petrochemical Industry ; preferably for Engineer background before sales
4. Self-motivated, highly credible;
5. Good interpersonal skills in terms of influencing, negotiating and listening;
6. Good communication skills and a team leader;
7. Positive & Continuous learning attitude
8. Fluent in English Communication ;
