Major Accountabilities
1. Development of sales and investment targets for a brand
2. Prepares content of Integrated (x-functional) Brand Teams (IBT) and Launch Teams
3. Develops brand strategy, (regional) promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing A&P budgets
4. Runs market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitors / anticipates market development (central and regional)
5. Provides input into strategic plan related to responsible brand segment and on ad hoc request from senior management
6. Trains sales reps on execution of promotional campaigns during sales meetings and as part of new rep training.
7. Ensures that NP4 guidelines are fully respected in central marketing driven activities
8. Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant.

Ideal Background
Education: Preferred: University degree in Business or Science
Languages: – Good in English writing and speaking
Experience: – 3+ years marketing experience within pharmaceutical industry;
– Sales experienced preferred
