Main Accountabilities
Main responsibility is to facilitate analysis of business needs from LP units and group functions in LP China, including documenting business requirements and work out solution proposal together with local delivery team.
Collaborate with local and global delivery teams to implement.
Facilitate execution of planned and on-going projects together with project manager and business stakeholder. (In some special cases lead IS projects for the business.)
Support local division IS manager to prepare a rolling 12 month picture of company, BU and Division IS requirements. This is a key management and communication tool to ensure that
-IS expenditure is aligned with business priorities
-Delivery of local and global implementation teams is timely and managed
Meet regularly with business stakeholders to discuss IS Requirements, Customer Satisfaction, Service Performance and on-going projects.
Work with Local division IS manager and IS function teams to identify solutions and present proposals to the business.
Stay connected to implementation of Division / BU portfolio of IS initiatives.
Reporting to - and deputy of - local division IS manager.
Location of job role: Xiamen (preferred), Beijing or Shanghai.

-Understanding the local processes for LP division in manufacturing, warehouse management, logistics, marketing and sales etc.
-Establishing strong working relationships with business users and IS coordinators in the units and group functions
-Manage the level of perceptions and customer expectation
-Identify best solution for the business for each requirement
-Promoting use of strategic solutions or re-use of existing country or global solutions
-Promoting best use of available Division / BU projects budget
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
-Experience from operational excellence and/or IS in manufacturing industry
-Have a deep understanding of IS functions, with particular emphasis on Applications
-Have a good understanding of the business of the Division / BU
-Good Project management skills and experience
-Good interpersonal, influencing and communication skills required which enable effectively working with business stakeholders
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Good Chinese, both oral and written
-Good English, both oral and written
