Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the job)

To support marketing operation to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and innovation of MKT


Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the job to be achieved )

1. Support to manage and implement different kinds of MKT projects, make sure every project is on the track

2. Lead all logistic tasks linking to marketing operation

3. Coordinate communication among different functional team to get the alignment about project implementation

4. Maintain and manage MKT system or platform to make them operate well

5. Cooperate with internal customers to communicate market and product trends, analyze customer needs and requests in order to identify innovative solutions to drive and achieve customer satisfaction



Ideal Background (State the minimum and desirable education and experience level)

Education: College/University degree

Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English

Competencies & Experience Required:


· Minimum 3 years marketing experience in multinational company or marketing and medical communication agency, prefer in pharma. industry

· Minimum 1 year project management experience

· Mature, independent , result-oriented, willing to learn from others to grow

· Good communication and collaboration skill

· Creative, dynamic, and proactive individual who has a passion for marketing

· Capable of handling multi-tasks under pressure and working in a problem-solving environment

· Team player—focus on winning as a team rather than individually
