Job Descriptions:


1)Make CAD kitchen layout and M&E drawings
2) Support Sales team by discussing and working with customers on project matters
3) Provide design and equipment layout
4) Identify customer's needs in term of equipment layout
5) Revise layout to increase chances of specifying Manitowoc equipment
6) Work with customers to ensure all utilities supplies are provided
7) Ensure projects is completed as per schedule
8) On-site project coordination such as unloading, protection, installation, commissioning etc
9) Coordinate and supervise on-site sub-contractors
10) Inform relevant departments to ensure timely billing of the completed work
11) Prepare final set of documents such as updated drawings, equipment manuals, and service contract for submission
12) Handle after-sales service support matters related to the project
14) Source and identify working partners such as stainless steel fabricators, gas sub-contracting, M&E sub-contracting


Requirement:

1) Diploma or above
2) Good verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese
3) More than two years working experience in the same profession and industry is preferred
4) Experience in managing kitchen projects
5) Self-motivate with excellent service attitude
6) Good interpersonal and communication skills
7) Excellent in computer skills, able to use CAD, Solid Work, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint efficiently
8) Detailed, responsible and efficient team player

1,需熟悉厨房设备的水电及机电产品的设置,能够在图纸中设计,需熟练运用CAD。
2,能确定现场审核机电完成情况
