Reports to : Sales and Marketing Director


3. Job Context.

1. Provide technical service to customer with existing Trevo application in production site and usage of final product in end user site.
2. Develop new application with existing product together with sales, customer and end users if necessary
3. Technical training to customer, distributor and new sales employee.
4. Propose to develop new product/specification/grade with marketing and RD
5. Support marketing to validate the new idea and potential application; support marketing to develop promotion material.
6. Support marketing to propositioning and pricing of new product and new application.
7. Monitor the competition development.


5. Job Content:

1. Support account manager to develop and implement account plan
2. Support marketing team to develop marketing plan.
3. Yearly and seasonal technical service plan focus on business growth
4. Hold pre-sales technical seminar, in-sales training course and trial, and post-sales service based on the agreed account plan
5. Co-leading the application based project involving sales and marketing.
6. Technology validation for new application cooperates with marketing.
7. Setting and maintain technical database
8. Handle customer complain.
9. Coordinate the external technical resources such as research institute and university.

7. Complexity of the job

1. Require full range knowledge of product, application and final product usage
2. Require knowledge of replacement product and application
3. Multiple communication level including coordinate with sales and marketing internally and with academic institute, customer technical department and even the plant operator externally.
4. Sense to penetrate new segment with new application
5. Handle the balance of seminar/customer training and confidential and know-how information

8. Knowledge and educational level

1. Must have at least a BS in chemical engineering, machinery, textile, ship manufacture, container and shipment, offshore oil engineering, fishing and etc.
2. IP awareness is preferable.
3. English reading/writing is required and listening/speaking is preferred.

9. Required level of experiences

1. 3 years working experience in above mentioned industry is preferred
2. Communication and presentation skill is preferred.
3. Hard working in customer production site
