POSITION TITLE: CDT CS&L - Senior Executive /Executive (客户服务及物流主管/高级主管)

REPORT TO : CDT CS&L Manager (National Customer Service Team)

DEPARTMENT: Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L)

LOCATION: Guangzhou

PURPOSE STATEMENT: The CDT Sr.Executive or Executive is focus on the Customer Engagement Program, And responsible for effectively performing the order fulfillment process while cultivating effective relationships with both customers and CP colleagues.


SCOPE:

Financial: Collaborate with customer to identify opportunities in processes. Develop collaborative programs and execute with peers to maximize service level, and reduce costs, closely work with CDT (Customer Development Team=Sales Team)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:

1) Develop and implements Customer Service initiative of improvement projects, including MCOQ, DSS, CPFR, EDI. OSA etc.,

2) Accountable for the Customer Service KPI and working with the CDT and Customer Service Teams to maximize results.

3)Responsible for tracking and feeding back the service KPI performance and projects progress to CS team leader on a regular basis.

4) Ensure the highest level of Customer Service is provided to our customers through the development and maintenance of order fulfillment best practices.

5) Interface with customers as well as CDT, Finance, demand planning and logistics functions to enforce policies, resolve issues and align service strategies.

6) Attend Key Account Meeting when necessary and present CS & Logistic performance and strategies.

7) Operates within Customer Service guidelines and a distribution network to optimize service and delivery cost.

8) Accountable for adhering to CP and governmental guidelines related to EOHS, Quality, and regulatory.

PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING:

Guidance received: Assignment position received. Follow general guideline, policies and procedures.

Complexity of analysis: Leveraging analytical tools and business data to diagnose and drive improved total supply chain performance.

Impact of decisions: Considerable impact on profit enhancements or cost reduction, resulting in improved internal operation, customer attitudes or finances concerns.

Special environments/conditions: Require travel to visit key customer as Customer Service Engagement member.


MAJOR CONTACTS:

Internal: Cross functional work with CDT, Finance, IT to drive SC and customer service efficiency.

External: Establishes collaborative and trusty relationships with customer to understand their needs and
expectation to continually improve customer service performance and reduce operation cost.



EDUCATION AND /OR EXPEREICNE:

Education: Bachelor degree (emphasis in finance, sales, marketing or Logistics), MBA desirable

Experience: Over 2-3 years Customer Service & Logistics or Supply Chain experience

Special Knowledge: Knowledge on Sales, Finance, and IT

Competencies: 1)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (internal and external, all levels); 2)Cross-Organizational Collaboration;3) Skillful Customer Negotiation; 4) SAP experience an advantage
