Major Responsibility:
1. Administrative support and assistance to VP Service, other service team members and Shanghai Office;
2. Follow up on VP's and other service team members’ 'to-do' items and keep them up to the schedule;
3. Facilitate VP's and other service team members’ travel arrangements and other executive team members OC when necessary;
4. Maintain VP's office, including desk and files;
5. Meeting, training, company event arrangement including scheduling, coordinating agenda items/hand-outs and taking and distributing meeting notes;
6. To manage Service incoming and outgoing documents;
7. Service document translation and filing;
8. To arrange for air ticket, accommodations booking and airport picking up for the Service team;
9. Support oversea visitor Visa and travelling in China;
10. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by VP Service.


Qualifications Required:
1) Diploma or above;
2) Good verbal and written skills in both English and Chinese;
3) At least one year working experience is preferred;
4) Self-motivate with excellent service attitude;
5) Good interpersonal and communication skills;
6) Excellent in computer skills, able to use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint efficiently;
7) Detailed, responsible and efficient team player;
8) Able to work overtime occasionally.
