Main Accountability
Spend Management
• Conduct supply market analysis
• Establish and maintain commercial arrangements which ensure security of supply and guarantee delivery of goods and services, when and where required by businesses
• Execute operational purchasing activities to secure delivery on time and on quality
• Develop closer working relationships with suppliers in order to
o Enhance quality,
o Improve service,
o Continually reduce business costs,
o Minimize environmental impact,
o Encourage product innovation,
o Ensure adherence to ethical standards,
o Ensure appropriate health and safety measures are in place.
Logistic:
• Inland & Oversea Transportation Management to secure delivery on time and on quality
• Import & Export Customs Clearance
Project Documentation
• Documentation in project tendering, project execution and project close out
Excellence
• Applies and Implements SCM standards, tools and process in the area of responsibility
Compliance/Integrity
• Applies standards on health and safety and on business ethics within operational works and contract execution
Supplier Risk/Business Continuity
• Applies and Implements SCM standards, tools and process for business continuity in the area of responsibility
Challenges
Spend Management.
• Supports the implementation of cost out programs and processes to reach the financial targets
Low Costs Sourcing and Localization
• Supports for the implementation of LCC/Low Costs Sourcing plan to reach the business targets
Organization/Compliance
• Supports the establishment of good and transparent communication, standardizes the processes and implement the routines along with Table of Authority as per Company Directives
Business Continuity
• Supports the enforcement of processes for business continuity
Knowledge, skills and experience
• More than 3 years working experience in supply chain management
• Experience of project procurement & logistics and SAP is a plus
• Competent communication skills
• Good analytical capabilities to analyze the commodity/business relevant supply market
• Negotiation skills to conduct local contract
• Language: Basic conversational and written English
