Responsibilities:
1. Communicate the project status and escalate issues/decisions to Steering Committee if needed;
2. Manage the expectation/scope/involvement of JV from both JV HR and JV IT prospective;
3. Manage the project delivery/timeline/resource within the project team including AE China HRIS and Aisa HRIT.
4. Manage the vendor (Kayang) on delivery/timeline/resource according to the contract;
5. Understand and involve into the design the Kayang solution;
6. Design/communicate the support model for Kayang and ensure it is followed;
7. Coordinate with relevant parties for GR support (include AE China HRIS, AE Asia HRIS, Asia HRIM, Asia HRIT, NA HRIM, NA HRIT, etc) on solutions and issues;
8. Coordinate with GI team on infrastructure requirement and issues

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.
2. 10 years of experience in applications design, development, testing and implementation of business applications (preferably Human Capital Management related)
3. Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management techniques and tools with proven ability to apply them in the context of IT projects; Formal professional project management certification preferred (e.g. PMI-related like PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2 accreditation); Well versed in best practices in project management.
4. Proficient in the use of project management software.
5. At least 6 years of direct experience in leading IT related projects that comprise of cross functional team on a regional or global basis with proven record of deploying projects to meet objectives, milestones and budget.
6. Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, matrix organization within a multi-national company.
7. Proven ability to manage across functions and successfully engage and influence others outside area of control.
8. Previous experience in business process re-engineering or process improvement, utilizing tools and techniques to effect business change; business systems analysis experience
9. Experience implementing technology in multiple countries across multiple regions of the world. Proven understanding of cultural differences and ability to impact cross cultures.
10. Proven ability to lead a customer-focused and excellent-driven team. Demonstrated understanding of customer-driven products, services and solutions.
11. Strong project management background with expertise in project planning and execution. Through understanding of resource planning, scope control, risk and issue management. Thorough understanding of applications development methodologies, standards and best practices.
12. Thorough understanding of and proven ability to follow disciplined quality assurance processes and practices.
13. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to present technical matters in a simple, clear and concise manner to the targeted audience. Proven ability to work effectively with functional and technical teams. Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues who use English as a second language. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
14. Proven experience with business change management and communications.
15. Experience in managing suppliers and vendor.
