Description:

PIL
leads the industrialization activities according to Supply Chain Policy and
Project objectives

Influence the design of the products from
the most upstream phases of the Offer Creation Process: simultaneous and
collaborative design of products, processes and flows.
Propose scenarios of Industrial Strategy that
ensure the consistency between BU & GSC: meet or exceed business,
industrial & customer requirements
Integrate the logistic offer requirements
in the design of processes and flows, promote late differentiation of products and maximum standardization of
materials, components, subassemblies.
Lead the
design and implementation of the overall supply chain and
manufacturing processes
Manage the process and flow
qualification in collaboration with supply
chain region including manufacturing plants in order to prepare a successful
industrial transfer


Qualifications:





3.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-family: Arial;">Bachelor degree of mechanical, electrical, automatic









More than 3 years as Industrial project management experience, to be familiar with workflow of new products introduction to manufactrue, new product develoment procedure, product Costing calculation



More than 5 years as manufacture engineer, to be familiar with manufacture factory organization and workflow



PMP knowledge and work experience
















Automatic equipment development, knowledge of ergonomics



Advanced English level & Windows environment



Average level of Auto CAD for mechanical engineer
