Responsibilities

1. Make the pre-quotation and actual quotation for Surface USD parts.

2. Be responsible for cost check & review with sales to maximize the Co. benefit while win back the lost.

3. Proactively coordinate with US team to achieve the sales target

4. Offer the quotations to sales/customers including prices, detailed specification, promised delivery time, scope

of work and warranty period etc.

5. Prepare bidding document including commercial deviation, technical deviation and bid document/bid offer..

6. Update and maintain the database in SAP for quotation purpose and weekly reports like bookings, sales,

backlog, delivery and OTD etc.

7. Follow up shipment, including trace L/C, follow up and distribution of shipping documents to each customer

before shipment. Apply for Chamber of Commerce Certificates.

8. Plan, summarize and report the L/C and collection data by closely working with the sales and finance team.

9. To be responsible for all the billings including normal sales orders, sales concession, transport orders and

warranty orders

requirements:

1. College degree and above, international trade/related major is preferred

2. Dedicated, energetic and self-starter

3. Good English and computer skills for Office

4. Working experience in internal trade and commercial

5. SAP background is preferred.

6. Dedicated and Excellent interpersonal skills

7. Strong customer focused and teamwork player
