I. General Responsibilities

Responsible for the operation of the whole plant, including Safety, Quality, P&F, Warehouse and Logistic, Production, AME, Maintenance and CI, and responsible for the plant investment and cost control. Make sure safety, ensure a high level customer OTD with optimal quality and production cost. Improve productivity, FPY and ITO, reduce Field PPM and operation cost based on Lean 6sigma promotion. Buildup contiunous improvment culture and drive for operation exellence

II. Baseline & Principal Responsibilities

-Performance Targets: Ensures achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. Focuses on achievement of operating cash flow, project on-time and on-cost, requested on-time delivery (ROTD), productivity and cost reduction

-Operations: Leads and manages Plant operation teams and processes. Implements localization plan. Improves manufacturing technology and competence in line with global/local division strategy.

-Quality & CI: Executes business Quality strategy. Drives quality improvement through target setting, monitoring and benchmarking to continuously improve processes. Executes quality management for monitoring and validating day to day control of processes. Ensures manufacturing operations are in compliance with applicable standards. Drives continued improvements in productivity, delivery performance and cost optimization.

-Customer Satisfaction: Delivers operational/project targets (e.g. ROTD, lead time, quality, etc.) to improve net promoter score (NPS). Ensures that manufacturing resources implement improvements that address issues identified through Customer Complaint Resolution Process (CCRP), Internal Transactional Partnership Survey (ITPS), Top 5 Quality Initiatives (T5QI) and other voice of the customer initiatives.

-Safety & Integrity: Implements Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and business compliance standards and regulations within the plants. Ensures a safe working environment, and continuous improvement in HSE process and integrity performance.

-Cost and Investment: Responsible for plant total cost control (VS revenue) and plant personnel cost control (VS revenue). Responsible for investment plan and ROCE improvement.

-People: Responsible for people development in plant.

III. Minimum Educational Qualification Requirements

-Education: Bachelor degree or above.

-Major: Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or equal.

-Language: Mandarin, English (fluent oral, written).

-Professional experiences in electrical machine or related industry, motor industrial experiences is a plus; solid knowledge in lean and continuous improvement

-10+ years experiences in engineering, planning, manufacturing management experiences

-Personality: Outstanding leadership; strong communication skills and good teamwork spirit; quick learning; willing to face challenge and drive changing; customer-oriented, strategy-oriented and results-oriented; pay attention to the development of personnel; reliable.
