As a Regional Sales Engineer you will be responsible for technical support and product training to partners and customers, in Motion business Area in Tianjin, China.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will develop and maintain the local channel network, strengthen the area coverage of business, focusing on the development of poor area, supporting partners to develop their business.


- Focusing on the development of new customers and application, esp.in OEM business, making reasonable schedule and planning of customer visiting for sales business
- Developing and maintaining the local channel network, strengthening the area coverage of business, focusing on the development of poor area, supporting partners to develop their business
- Improving and maintaining the relationship with existing and potential customers, providing timely solutions for customers about their need and what they concern
- Being responsible for technical support and product training to partners and customers
- Being willing to take up extra jobs
- Marketing study, to make comprehensive grasp of the local drive’s products market, timely feedback development plan and competitors and market changes to the company
- Following up the industry trends, identifying the industry needs, technology and various application
- Completing other tasks assigned by your superior, help collecting product information and promote product improvement and perfection


- 3 to 4 years of experience and background in technology
- Good knowledge on MS office, AutoCAD, PLC programing
- A bachelor’s degree or above
- A graduated Electrical engineering in Automation
- Fluency in English above CET-4
- Must be active and bear with high pressure
- Good communication skills, study abilities and team working
