GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member on GEHC central marketing department and acts as a key partner of market development team and marketing communication team to engage internal and external customers, drive traffic and generate leads through digital channels.

This position executes the communication activities through company website and social media including SEO, WeChat, Short Video. He or she is an expert in leveraging the mix of web, data to maximize both the awareness expansion and demand generation for the company. This position has a solid understanding of B2B marketing methodology, digital marketing trends and the products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
WeChat management
Engage all the internal resources to reinforce customer engagement in WeChat account, evaluate the most effective ways to deliver our messaging to the online users;
work closely with all BU & Modality product manager/digital marketing manager and manage vendor to deliver more attractive content;
initiative customer engagement campaign
stay up to date with the latest social media practices and run pilot
Website management
Web content localization, promotion and optimization
consistently work together with all global and local stakeholders
implement all updates related to website
New digital channel pilot – implement new pilot to evaluate the channel efficiency and effectiveness
Manage regular reporting and tracking, interpret implications, report metrics appropriately
Other digital marketing related projects
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
Professional Experience
At least 3-year experience in B2B/B2C Digital on client or agency side
Demonstrated skills in Excel and PPT for reporting and analysis work
General understanding of HTML, Web and Mobile
Must be a digital and social savvy
Familiar with one type of marketing automation system
Engagement
Strong communication sense and skill to all levels
Produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
Language
Full proficiency in spoken and written English
Strong writing skills in Chinese
Travel (required estimated % of time)
